With combined acoustic testing involving Norseal Ltd and Norsound we can announce that both the Norseal Advantage and the Norseal Advantage Plus letterplates performed extremely well under acoustic test conditions.
Both versions of the letterplate achieved decibel reductions of Rw.33dB which is only 1dB lower than the same doorset and seal configuration without a letterplate! The Norseal advantage and advantage plus letterplates are proving to be truly versatile products, already capable of achieving 30 minute* and 60 minute* fire ratings. The range is suitable for use in doors between 44mm - 54mm, available in 10” or 12” versions and a wide range of finishes.
